Golf Tournament
The Dover Rotary Club would like to thank all that participated in playing, sponsoring or working at our 7th Annual Dover Rotary Charities Golf Tournament which was held on May 21, 2007 at the Links at Outlook in South Berwick, ME.
We had a great turn out, a beautiful day and hope you had lots of fun. We were pleased with the sunshine, and once again, challenged by the wind. I told my foursome “You’re on probation! I’m recruiting some of these wily veterans who know how to putt!” Then they reminded me of the 3-footers I missed. Ah well, at least there were some good raffle prizes.
Your participation will help us with such local projects as “The Shoe and Boot Fund,” Holiday Senior Visits, “The Milk Fund,” our “Back to School Project,” and more than $10,000 in local scholarships not to mention our global fight against Polio, “Polio Plus.”
We could not accomplish this without your support. The Dover Rotary Charities and all those we help would like to say…
